Terms of Service

By using Taksh you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You may use our templates and tools to create wedding invitations and marriage biodatas for personal and family use. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content.

You own the details and images you add to your designs. You grant Taksh a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service (rendering previews and generating your exports).

Templates, illustrations, fonts pairings, and the Taksh brand remain the property of Taksh and its licensors. Your finished invitations and biodatas are yours to share and print.

Some designs and features are premium. Charges, where applicable, are shown before purchase. Free exports may include a small Taksh watermark.

Taksh is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
